Naman carries a deep-held belief in the transformative power of startups, with a particular interest in sustainable businesses. This perspective took root in 2019 towards the end of his MBA program. While exploring career options, he recognized that his passion for the dynamic nature of startups and preference for companies with social and environmental responsibilities were non-negotiables. As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, startup hiring paused, leading Naman to a creative venture. He sought out and engaged in in-depth discussions with 50 founders of socially and environmentally conscious startups. The experience resulted in a podcast series illuminating complex sustainability concerns and the innovative solutions startups pursued. Throughout this journey, Naman nurtured his understanding of the nuances of climate issues. The project, aptly named "Not My Problem," aims to spotlight the startups and individuals proactively addressing societal issues. Naman holds unwavering faith in the collective impact of these solutions and invites others to support them, whether as customers, employees, investors, or supporters. This endeavor solidified his commitment to promoting change through startups' powerful combination of creativity, passion, and agility.
