Rosie is an accomplished sustainability strategist, reimagining a more sustainable future for business. She brings over 13 years' experience in shaping and embedding bold, customer centric sustainability strategy into core business across both global and UK based luxury retail and not-for-profit organisations. As Head of Sustainability at Selfridges, Rosie spearheaded industry-leading 2030 sustainability commitments and embedded the roadmap to transform materials, models and mindsets for business, suppliers and customers to drive net zero. In tandem, she launched the company's inaugural public sustainability reporting and customer campaign. Highlights of impact: embedded sustainability objectives and guidance for c.3000 team members; achieved 17% scope 1&2 GHG emissions reduction vs 2018 baseline; increased sustainable product sales by 44% in 2022 vs 2021. Rosie advises across markets and sectors, having co-created the revamped Vision & Purpose & Values for the international Selfridges Group, where she aligned four retailers and markets around the global sustainability strategy and improvement framework. Rosie also brings technical expertise on responsible sourcing, product claims and certifications for key commodities, from partnering with business, governments and researchers at ISEAL alliance. Rosie holds an Honours Degree in French and Spanish and a Master of Science in International Public Policy from University College London.
