As a mechanical engineer, I am involved in the full spectrum of product development across academic research and development labs, early startup facilities in the United States, and mass production plants in China. Working in a variety of industries, from advanced manufacturing to semiconductors to AR/VR consumer electronics, has given me a comprehensive perspective of the hardware landscape. My work on sustainability ranges from clean technology to climate education. Projects in solar cells, hybrid vehicles and biofuels have given me first-hand knowledge of the progress of research in clean technologies.To engage future generations in environmental issues, I teach environmental science and help develop university students' climate artificial intelligence education programs.
