The environmental issues include air quality monitoring, permitting of air pollution point sources, monitoring of compliance with environmental regulations, and environmental sampling. 3. 12 years entrepreneurial experience running profitable technology-related businesses, with millions in annual revenue. 4. Strong interpersonal skills Brad holds degrees in Computer Science (BA) and Environmental Science (MS).
