Erica Dodds, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in the field of climate impact and sustainable operations, currently heading the Team Impact and Operations at Turn Forward. With a seven-year tenure in the climate space, she notably served as the Chief Operating Officer of a climate restoration advocacy nonprofit. Prior to this, Erica primarily specialized in evaluation and international development. Possessing a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Evaluation and an M.A. in International Development Administration, Erica has a lifelong dedication to poverty reduction. This commitment led her to enriching experiences abroad'studying in West Africa, interning at a non-governmental organization in rural India, and contributing to the International Labour Organization's Evaluation Office in Geneva. Her firsthand observation of climate change's oppressive effects on poor and marginalized communities validates and fuels her unwavering commitment to climate action today.
