With over 17 years of leadership experience in the fashion and personal care industries, Masako excels as a Global Sustainability Director. She currently spearheads the ESG initiatives at RAA, guiding the application of their Sustainability Roadmap across the enterprise. This includes integrating sustainable practices into product design, employee engagement, and supply chain operations. As a collaborative leader, Masako works alongside cross-functional teams, formulating and executing strategies for each sustainability objective based on a set timeline.
