With an honours degree and nearing completion of her Master of Laws (LLM), Natashia has honed her expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, with a concentration on corporate governance and employment law. Her transition to law was motivated by the rewarding experience of contributing to policy draftsmanship on a government advisory board, where she displayed excellent capacity to manage large caseloads and liaise effectively with diverse individuals under stringent deadlines. Previously a director for a UK-based charity active in Northern Kenya, Natashia has first-hand experience of challenges posed by environmental and ethical misconduct from multinational corporations and charities. This inspired her commitment to advocating for stringent ESG standards, reinforcing supply chain accountability to mitigate such risks. Natashia is now keen to apply her talent to both compliance and environmental law. Her dedication to ESG extends beyond environmental considerations and encapsulates her pursuit for ethical social and governance practices.
